Davies Group in Liverpool seeks an experienced Costs Negotiator to join the Legal department on a permanent full-time basis. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to settlement, handling costs across Motor, Casualty, Legacy, Marine, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence claims.
Role requires 12 months’ minimum experience in costs negotiation, degree/LPC/ALCD, strong client liaison and detailed assessment knowledge. Strong negotiation and IT skills are essential.
