Davies Group in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Claims Handler to join our Property team.
This role places you at the heart of the customer journey as the first point of contact when it matters most to our clients.
You will liaise with customers, insurers and colleagues nationwide, analyse policies to determine claim coverage, set up new claims, appoint contractors, issue payments and ensure regulatory compliance.
