Davies Professional Education partners with over 1200 insurance, financial services and regulated market clients to provide award-winning Apprenticeships and professional upskilling programmes to address the skills gap across these industries. As a Client Success Associate in this team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the use of our products/services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from the onboarding process to achieving their goals and beyond. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for your clients’ learners. Provide training and resources to help clients get started. Set clear expectations and goals for the client's learner journey.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues. Coordinate with Delivery teams to resolve client issues promptly. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to understand client needs.
