Davies Group in Bolton is seeking a Costs Negotiator & Supervisor to manage a caseload of Complex Injury costs and to mentor 2-3 junior costs negotiators. You will develop initial costs strategies, negotiate settlements, and liaise with insurers and clients to meet SLAs and KPIs.
The role requires strong advocacy, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to work within a fixed fee structure. Primary location is Bolton, with 28–35 hours per week and standard office hours.
