Davies Group is seeking an experienced Costs Budgeter to join our Legal team at Bolton, developing budgets for Legacy and Military claims and negotiating settlements within costs management processes. You will manage your own caseload, draft Precedent H and Precedent R, and work with counsel to prepare for CCMCs, maintaining SLAs and high professional standards.
You will also oversee the progression of files, review cases for strategy, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of budgets and reports
