Davies Group in Bolton is seeking a diligent File Handler to manage litigated credit hire cases up to £25,000 in value. You will work within the Legal department on a permanent, full-time basis, 35 hours per week, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
You will review files, develop strategies, conduct legal research, negotiate with third party solicitors, and ensure compliance with Case Management Systems, ISO 9001 and the SRA standards.
