Davies Group in Bolton is seeking a Pre-Lit Complex Credit Hire File Handler in the Legal department. The role involves investigating complex and technical pre-litigated credit hire claims over £25,000, under supervision.
You will review files, develop strategy, negotiate with third party solicitors, and ensure ISO 9001 and SRA compliance. Working hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with an hour for lunch.
