Davies Group in Birmingham is seeking a Junior Costs Negotiator to manage a personal caseload and progress files from receipt to costs resolution, applying initial strategy and settlement parameters.
You will liaise with clients, insurers and Counsel, negotiate settlements by telephone, and meet SLAs and KPIs while developing your technical ability within the Costs team.
