To deliver a cost effective end to end recruitment service to the organisation; driving a proactive approach to sourcing and selecting the best talent ensuring that the hiring manager and candidate experience is a positive one.
Key Accountabilities
- Be a part of a busy recruitment team ensuring the delivery of a pro-active end to end recruitment service.
- Delivering all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing, screening and interviewing, through to offer management and timely on-boarding of new hires.
- Working with the business to understand their recruitment needs and agreeing effective recruitment plans.
- Create an engaging approach to attraction utilising all available sourcing techniques, with a focus on direct sourcing and social media, to attract active high calibre candidates and engage with passive candidates.
- Utilising the e-recruitment system to support the recruitment process ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.
- Building strong working relationships across the business to facilitate the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruitment process.
- Understand competitor practices and maintain a focus on continuous improvement to ensure that the best talent is identified and secured.
- Headhunting using job boards including LinkedIn to source candidates.
- To ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing the end to end recruitment process including volume and hard to fill roles within a fast paced Legal environment (in-house or agency).
- Expertise in utilising a breadth of attraction methods with strong direct sourcing experience including social media channels.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven record of building strong working relationships with stakeholders, candidates, wider HR teams and 3rd party suppliers.
- Strong organisation and re-prioritisation skills with the ability to work to deliver results to tight deadlines.
