The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with the organization's business goals and talent needs. This role requires someone who can manage recruitment efforts across multiple regions, build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders, and proactively engage with candidates to deliver a superior hiring experience. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless recruitment process while maintaining a focus on long-term talent acquisition and engagement.
Your New Role
- Strategic Talent Planning & Execution: Partner with hiring managers across different geographies to understand business objectives and hiring needs. Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies that address short- and long-term talent needs in each region/function. Proactively identify a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Career Engagement & Candidate Experience: Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values, culture, and career opportunities to external and internal candidates. Proactively engage with passive candidates and network with top-tier talent to ensure readiness for future hiring needs. Manage candidate engagement through regular communication, providing a personalized experience that reflects the company's commitment to people-first, inclusive hiring.
- Relationship Management & Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and expectations. Collaborate with peers across the TA Team to ensure joined up pipelining and sharing of talent. Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment, including interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection. Be the expert in your area/function and provide insights on market trends and market compensation benchmarks. Collaborate with HR & Reward to ensure that recruitment efforts align with company policies and initiatives and that candidates have a great onboarding experience.
- Data-Driven Approach & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics to ensure the effective reporting of all hiring activity. Review the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust as needed to ensure the continuous improvement of how we hire across our business and geographies.
- Global Recruitment Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of regional hiring nuances, labour markets, and cultural considerations to build effective recruitment strategies in diverse geographies. Stay informed on global recruitment trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Support the organization's diversity and inclusion efforts by identifying and recommending diverse talent pools.
- Operational Delivery: Ensure all hiring is managed and tracked via Pinpoint, utilising automation to provide the best experience for candidates and hiring teams. Support hiring teams with using the ATS (Pinpoint), providing training where necessary.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring teams.
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent, working in a global or multi-geographical setting is preferred.
- Expertise in proactive recruitment, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in tracking and creating recruitment metrics.
- High adaptability and resilience in managing complex and changing priorities across different markets.
- Proficiency in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with the ability to manage candidates efficiently through the process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
