Description
Work with the Executive Team, Senior Managers, and Function Heads to identify and drive cultural, behavioural, and operational changes to support Asta's business model and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify operating model challenges, analyze and challenge proposed solutions, develop business cases, and make recommendations to the Executive Team for improvements.
- Lead the Business Change team, ensuring each member has clear goals, delivers quality work, and contributes positively.
- Foster an inclusive environment and provide development opportunities.
- Design and oversee the operation of Asta's Change Management Framework, ensuring projects are supported by solid business cases, aligned with strategy, and properly governed.
- Ensure strategic projects are delivered on time, within budget, and realize benefits; report progress, risks, and issues.
- Apply change management techniques to promote adoption of new initiatives.
- Promote awareness of technology solutions, collaborate with IT to gather requirements, assess suitability, and support implementation.
- Encourage operational excellence and innovation, creating efficiencies and streamlining processes.
- Assist the Operations Director with departmental activities.
