Under the guidance of more experienced members of the department, the successful applicant should be able to work independently on a mixed case load of commercial matters for a wide variety of clients. The applicant must be able to demonstrate their ability in dealing with complex matters, have good solid academics and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
The range of work will include:
- Joint venture projects
- Data protection
- Terms and conditions
- Commercial agreements including brand protection
- Intellectual property licences
- Agency and distribution agreements
- Some assistance with corporate transactions
The tasks are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities as all employees are required to be flexible, dynamic and have the capacity to think creatively when presented with challenges.

The successful candidate will either be based in the Bristol office or the Gloucester office.
