We are looking for a dedicated, adaptable and enthusiastic Operations Team Member to join our expanding team within the Grampian and Angus regions. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. Part‑time applications would be considered for the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity for a fully trained pharmacy professional (NVQ Level 2, NVQ Level 3 or ACT qualified) to play a key role in supporting our pharmacy teams across multiple locations. The position involves regular travel between branches, particularly within Grampian and Angus, providing operational and dispensary support wherever it is needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide backfill and operational support to branches across the Davidsons network.
  • Support Pharmacist Managers and branch teams to maintain safe, effective and efficient pharmacy services.
  • Assist with the day‑to‑day running of dispensaries and the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of teams and colleagues across different branch locations.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, accuracy and patient care.
  • Adapt quickly to different branch environments and support changing business needs.
  • Help ensure branches continue to deliver outstanding service during periods of annual leave, absence, recruitment gaps and increased workload.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • NVQ Level 2, NVQ Level 3 or ACT pharmacy qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy procedures, dispensing systems and community pharmacy operations.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, flexible and reliable approach to work.
  • The ability to work confidently in different pharmacy settings and support a range of teams.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • A willingness to travel regularly between branches, particularly throughout Grampian and Angus, with occasional travel to other Davidson’s locations as required.
