The project includes a new 8-story, 212-key infrastructure, along with an additional 13 keys in the renovated Depot, totaling 225 keys. This full-service lifestyle luxury hotel will be unique in the Salt Lake City market. The property has been designated by the Historic Landmark Commission for its cultural significance and striking appearance. It is located across from Delta Center, home of the NBA’s Utah Jazz, and hosts over 150 events annually at the 18,000-capacity arena.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Painter to join our team and bring color and life to our spaces. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional results and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our hotel.

As a Painter, you will work on interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and renovations. Your attention to detail and artistic eye will help create an inviting environment for our guests.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial or institutional maintenance preferred
• Light carpentry skills and strong knowledge of paint and wallpaper
• Effective communication skills with the public and team members
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Preventive maintenance experience preferred
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
