Davidson Fink LLP is currently looking for a full-time Legal Receptionist.
DESCRIPTION: The Receptionist oversees all aspects of the switchboard, conference rooms, firm hospitality-related responsibilities, and assists with firm administrative functions.
OVERALL SCOPE OF POSITION:
- Open and close reception
- Meet and greet guests
- Answer and route phone calls on main switchboard
- Schedule conference rooms
- Enter time for lawyers and paralegals
- Assist with administrative functions such as data entry, copies, faxes, scanning and mailings
- Run conflict checks and open files in document management system
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent client service and listening skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization
- Exercises sound independent judgment under minimal direct supervision
- Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently and coordinate workflow
- Worked in a legal environment a plus
- High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred
COMPENSATION: Starting pay is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
