Job Responsibilities
- File Intake (Conflict Checks, Military Searches, Bankruptcy Searches)
- Review of file to make sure all documents needed are available.
- Prepare Demand Letters
- Preparing Summons and Complaint / Organizing Exhibits for filing.
- Scanning documents to be filed.
- Organization of legal documents
- Assisting with getting the filed Summons and Complaint out for service.
- Monitoring Service / Filing affidavits of service.
- Assisting with preparation of Judgment.
- Assisting Partners with miscellaneous requests / letters / timesheets.
- Assist with post judgment enforcement, including income executions for employments which have been confirmed, information subpoenas, restraints to employers.
Qualifications:
- Litigation experience required.
- Collections experience strongly preferred.
- Attention to detail with high volume of work.
- Excellent interpersonal communication both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Compensation: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
