Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Viewing Assistant to support our property team with viewings, inspections, and general office-based duties. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a professional manner, and a flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct accompanied property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Represent the business professionally and provide accurate property information
  • Assist with property routine inspections
  • Provide feedback from viewings to the office team
  • Support office-based administrative tasks as required
  • Travel to and from properties within the local area
  • Create promotional material for social media

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Access to your own car (essential)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Well-presented, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work alternate Saturdays

Hours & Working Pattern

  • Approximately 14 hours per week

  • Alternate Saturdays required

  • Additional flexibility may be required depending on business needs
