Hours: 37.5 hour - night shifts on a rota basis (including weekends)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Team Leader to join our established team at Cedar Lodge, supporting individuals with complex needs in a safe, calm, and nurturing environment. This is a key leadership role where you will guide the night team, ensuring high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.

As Night Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead, support, and inspire the night team to deliver person‑centred care
  • Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of the people we support overnight
  • Carry out regular checks and respond appropriately to any needs or incidents
  • Support with and oversee personal care where required
  • Be responsible for decision‑making and acting as the senior point of contact overnight
  • Maintain accurate records and provide clear handovers to day teams
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies
