About The Role
Qualifications and Experience
- IOSH Qualified minimum (Required)
- NEBOSH qualified (Desirable)
- Experience within a Health and Safety related Coordinator role (Desirable)
- Maintained updated knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation.
- Strong IT literate with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- The ability to engage with and influence a workforce to achieve improvement.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Good attention to detail.
- The ability to accurately collate, manipulate and interpret data and reports and draw conclusions in the context of the working environment.
- Flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude to tasks with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A track record in Health and Safety management in a food production or manufacturing environment (desirable).
Schedule
- 9 Hours Sunday to Thursday with flexibility to cover team members/holidays/BHO
- 4 weeks Monday – Friday on days while training
