We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our award-winning team and help drive our brand, guest engagement, and event promotion to new heights. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is keen to grow their marketing career within the luxury hospitality sector.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing the hotel’s website, social media channels, and email marketing.
- Coordinate content creation, including photography, video, and promotional materials.
- Help plan and promote hotel events, seasonal offers, and experiences.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and guest engagement.
- Liaise with external partners, media, and suppliers to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role (hospitality experience is a plus but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to occasionally support weekend events or campaigns.
