About the Role:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of our Restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the team for service.

Provide a friendly and engaging service to guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar at all times

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies

Follow licensing laws and health & safety regulations

Support the wider food & beverage team as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Hotel or Restaurant environment.

Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

A positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for hospitality

Right to work in the UK
