Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking for your next role in a Four Star Hotel in Gretna? Paying £30,000 plus tronc increasing package close to £34,000 (negotiable depending on experience). Great progression and temporary live-in available to support with relocation.

This Four Star Hotel has a fine dining restaurant and its fair share of weddings/events. The successful Chef de Partie will be available for a 5 day out of 7 rota.

What we offer:

  • Package up to £30,000 plus Gratuities and Pension.
  • Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system.
  • All extra days worked paid.
  • Pension.
  • Meals whilst on duty.
