We are working with a prestigious four-star hotel located on the beautiful outskirts of Carlisle, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and outstanding service. We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team and help elevate the bar service to the next level.

About the Role:
As a Bartender, you will be the face of our bar, crafting high-quality drinks and cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and mixology.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to the highest standard

Provide a friendly and engaging service to guests at the bar and in the lounge areas

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar at all times

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies

Follow licensing laws and health & safety regulations

Support the wider food & beverage team as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or cocktail bar

Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

A positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for hospitality

Right to work in the UK
