Responsibilities include being responsible for the safety of lettings customers and security of the campus, ensuring the site is left tidy, secure, and alarmed at each shift end. Facilitate the growth of academy lettings and manage and coordinate Lettings Officers. Support the operational management of the Academy site out of hours, including site inspection, minor maintenance tasks, health and safety compliance, and ensuring the facilities are fully operational for both the Academy and community use.
Full-time role (52 weeks) - 37 hours per week, including evening shifts finishing at 10:30pm.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educated to GCSE Level.
- Basic knowledge of building compliance checks, site security procedures, and emergency evacuation processes.
- Able to operate tools and equipment and undertake general porterage duties.
- Able to undertake tasks both indoors and outdoors which may include cleaning, minor repairs in toilet areas, dealing with spillages and waste collection, etc.
Background in safeguarding and health and safety is required; applicants must be willing to undergo vetting appropriate to the post, including a social media presence check and Enhanced DBS check.
