This position is a zero hours contract and involves supervising examinations at the Academy.
Responsibilities
- Assist Academy staff in supervising examinations and seating students.
- Distribute examination papers and scripts.
- Collect examination papers and scripts in the correct order.
- Check examination room arrangements are correct, in order and set out placemats.
- Distribute and collect equipment and materials.
- Ensure candidates are seated in the correct order.
- Mark attendance registers and sign them.
- Instruct candidates on examination procedure.
- Commence and finish the examination on time.
- Ensure procedures for candidates who arrive late are adhered to.
- Actively supervise candidates during the examination to ensure conditions comply with examination board regulations, preventing communication and prohibited materials such as notes or mobile phones.
- Supervise and dismiss candidates from the examination room at the end of the examination.
