Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of student engagement through the House System.
  • Lead staff and students within their House to support the development of ethos, character, enjoyment, motivation and achievement, particularly through the House competitions.
  • Be responsible for improving attendance and behaviour in the relevant House.
  • Model excellent practice.
  • Ensure that staff and students follow all expectations during tutor time and KEVI reads, through leadership of a quality assurance programme.

Qualifications

  • Excellent teacher with demonstrable experience of delivering high standards for pupils.
  • Experience of contributing to the wider ethos of the school.
  • Experience in pastoral responsibilities, e.g., role as a form tutor.
