Overview
As our cover manager, you will plan, organise and manage the need for cover lessons, and deploy staff to lessons where the need arises. You will train, manage and lead staff who lead cover lessons to ensure high standards in our classrooms and to implement our school culture. You will lead student learning during cover lessons when the usual teacher is absent. You will collaborate with staff to ensure the highest quality of provision for our students.
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time).
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and manage the need for cover lessons.

- Educated to GCSE level/ NVQ-level 2 or equivalent, including English and Maths.
