We are looking for an HR Apprentice to join our small and friendly HR team in September 2026. The role offers hands‑on experience in a broad range of HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide general and HR administrative support at Head Office and across our academies.
- Carry out a variety of administrative duties independently and under supervision, ensuring compliance with statutory safeguarding requirements and regulations.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and support the team in recruitment, selection, induction, contract of employment administration and health and well‑being initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with Payroll and other support functions and maintain regular communication with colleagues at Head Office and in our academies.
Qualifications & Apprenticeship
- Partnered with Loughborough College to deliver a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship (18 months).
- Attend online classes one morning per week and onsite sessions in the afternoon; receive mentoring from a dedicated trainer/assessor.
- Participate in an induction day and functional skills sessions as required.
- Commit to completing the End‑Point Assessment after completing the program.
- Must be willing to undergo vetting, including a social media presence check and an Enhanced DBS check.
