You will work closely with the Attendance Information Officer, liaising with families and external agencies to remove barriers, conduct welfare checks, and lead attendance improvement meetings.
You will visit families, conduct home visits with a colleague, and set targeted action plans. Experience with schools and safeguarding is essential.
