Use your excellent customer care skills and enjoy being an essential part of our highly experienced Customer Services team, serving our English and German customers. Based within our friendly team in Derbyshire, enjoy speaking directly to customers every day, taking great care and attention to provide the best possible service, to process orders efficiently and deal with all queries promptly. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful international fashion business.
Excellent communication skills, a friendly, enthusiastic personality, a professional telephone manner and proficiency in both English and German languages are all essential requirements. Experience of providing world class service would be a great advantage, however an attentive, friendly manner and a professional, well organised approach are equally as important. Flexibility with regards to your hours of work would be helpful.
The job is varied and interesting and, as an expanding family business, employing 250 people, we can provide in depth training, a friendly, supportive working environment and competitive future earnings potential. You will also be given the opportunity to work closely with our German office.
The Role
- Telephone Sales
- Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday 4 days, plus one Sat in four.
The Company: David Nieper designs and manufactures ladies’ fashion, including nightwear, daywear and knitwear. The company is a well-established family business, with a sound reputation for producing well‑made clothes, in beautiful fabrics, that fit perfectly. The company specialises in mail order and online selling, direct to customers throughout France, Europe and worldwide. The company employs 250 people and all key functions are carried out in-house.
