We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly and professional team at our Hastings practice. At David Neal Dental, this role offers the perfect balance of leadership responsibility and hands-on nursing. As our Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest clinical standards while supporting and developing the wider team.
About the Role
- Take responsibility for infection control protocols and ensure full compliance across the practice
- Support, mentor, and train trainee dental nurses
- Manage stock control and ordering efficiently
- Carry out infection control audits and maintain high clinical standards
- Continue to work chairside, doing what you enjoy most – nursing
No prior experience as a Lead Nurse? No problem. We provide full training and support to help you succeed in the role. You’ll work alongside a highly skilled team of NHS and Private dentists and hygienists, giving you exposure to a wide range of treatments and opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge.
