David M Robinson, the jewellers, was first established in Liverpool in 1969. As a family-owned business, we continue to hold design, independence, and heritage at the heart of everything we do. With multiple showrooms across the North West and in London, our estate now includes four DMR fine jewellery & luxury watch showrooms, an Omega and a Tag Heuer boutique in Liverpool One, a Tudor boutique in Manchester city centre, a jewellery boutique in London’s Peninsula Hotel and a newly refurbished fine jewellery and bespoke showroom in Altrincham, Cheshire.

Our Tudor Boutique is one of only 10 boutiques across the whole of the UK, it offers the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the Tudor brand and its heritage. Rooted in the 'Born to Dare' philosophy, TUDOR watches appeal to those desiring not just precision but a bold statement. Renowned for their reliability and performance, they are a brand known for combining classic designs with modern technology.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Sales Ambassador / Client Advisor to join our Tudor Boutique team. We are looking for someone who values building relationships and creating memorable experiences, with excellent customer service skills – experience working in jewellery or luxury retail would be hugely advantageous, but is not essential.

The Role:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our clients, building long-standing relationships
  • Ensure professional selling style from engaging prospective clients to the completion of a sale, including after-sales service
  • Represent DMR & Tudor to an excellent standard at all times

About you:

  • A confident communicator able to articulate a professional and consultative client appointment
  • Focused and understanding of your clients and their needs
  • Able to communicate with a range of clients to an exceptional standard, maintaining professionalism, ensuring appointments are engaging
  • Motivated to achieve targets

About DMR:

  • Offering a basic salary dependent upon experience of £26,500 to £27,000, plus commission and a quarterly bonus based on showroom performance (OTE £33,500)
  • Showroom opening hours are Monday – Sunday 9.30am – 5.30pm
