About DMR
David M Robinson (DMR) is a British luxury jewellery brand with over 50 years of heritage, renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, in-house jewellery design, and precision retailing. Alongside our own fine jewellery collections, we are official retailers for the world’s most prestigious watchmakers including Patek Philippe, Rolex, IWC, Tudor, Omega and TAG Heuer. In 2026, DMR is relaunching its brand vision—refining our luxury positioning, elevating our digital presence, and reaffirming our authority as one of the leading bridal jewellery specialists in the UK. We are now hiring a dynamic In-House Photographer to help bring this next chapter to life.

Role Overview
The In-House Photographer will be responsible for producing world-class imagery across all brand channels, including ecommerce, campaigns, social media, events, and internal documentation. This is a hands-on creative role that blends technical excellence with refined luxury aesthetics, ensuring DMR’s visual identity is consistent, premium, and emotionally resonant. You will own the photography process end-to-end: concepting, shooting, lighting, editing, retouching, file management, and delivery. The role requires versatility—switching comfortably between jewellery packshot precision, lifestyle storytelling, showroom reportage, and polished studio still life.

  • Showroom & Environmental Photography
Photograph showroom interiors, VM displays, staff portraits and customer experiences. Support with photography for new showroom launches or refurbishments. Ensure imagery reflects DMR’s luxury service and elevated aesthetic.
  • Event Photography
Document high-profile brand events, client evenings, and watch/jewellery launches. Capture both reportage and curated moments for PR and social media. Deliver edited selections quickly after events.
  • Internal & Operational Photography
Photograph training sessions, internal celebrations, recruitment imagery and documentation. Maintain a well-organised library of internal assets for HR and learning teams.
  • Post-Production & Asset Management
Own all retouching, colour grading, and image optimisation. Maintain DMR’s digital asset management (DAM) library. File, tag, organise and archive assets for easy cross-team access.
