We are now hiring a dynamic In-House Photographer to help bring this next chapter to life.
Role Overview
The In-House Photographer will be responsible for producing world-class imagery across all brand channels, including ecommerce, campaigns, social media, events, and internal documentation. This is a hands-on creative role that blends technical excellence with refined luxury aesthetics, ensuring DMR’s visual identity is consistent, premium, and emotionally resonant. You will own the photography process end-to-end: concepting, shooting, lighting, editing, retouching, file management, and delivery. The role requires versatility—switching comfortably between jewellery packshot precision, lifestyle storytelling, showroom reportage, and polished studio still life.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Ecommerce Photography
Capture high-quality imagery of jewellery for ecommerce – pack shot and studio. Ensure consistency of lighting, reflections, angles, and colour accuracy. Oversee the retouching of images to the highest standard, maintaining a clean and luxurious aesthetic. Manage and maintain a product photography style guide. - Still Life & Creative Campaign Photography
Help plan and execute visually compelling shoots aligned to brand storytelling. Experiment with lighting, surfaces, and compositions to elevate hero products. Collaborate with the design team on seasonal campaigns and brand imagery. - Social Media & Marketing Photography
Produce agile, trend-aligned content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and paid campaigns. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, lifestyle details, and micro-storytelling. Work with the Social Media Manager to generate assets optimised for different formats. - Showroom & Environmental Photography
Photograph showroom interiors, VM displays, staff portraits and customer experiences. Support with photography for new showroom launches or refurbishments. Ensure imagery reflects DMR’s luxury service and elevated aesthetic. - Event Photography
Document high-profile brand events, client evenings, and watch/jewellery launches. Capture both reportage and curated moments for PR and social media. Deliver edited selections quickly after events. - Internal & Operational Photography
Photograph training sessions, internal celebrations, recruitment imagery and documentation. Maintain a well-organised library of internal assets for HR and learning teams. - Post-Production & Asset Management
Own all retouching, colour grading, and image optimisation. Maintain DMR’s digital asset management (DAM) library. File, tag, organise and archive assets for easy cross-team access. - Equipment & Studio Oversight
Manage studio lighting, cameras, lenses and accessories. Develop a scalable studio workflow for rapid ecommerce turnaround. Manage maintenance, upgrades, and equipment procurement where needed.
Skills & Experience Required
- Essential
3+ years of professional photography experience (luxury, jewellery, product, or fashion preferred). Mastery of studio lighting, macro photography and reflective surfaces. Strong knowledge of retouching, colour accuracy, and file preparation for web/print. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge). Experience producing fast-turnaround social content. A portfolio demonstrating luxury aesthetics and technical skill. - Desirable
Experience working with or photographing high-end watches. Understanding of luxury brand storytelling. Video or motion experience (short-form social clips). Familiarity with DAM systems.

Benefits
