Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the lookout for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team! As a Personal Trainer, you will deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals.
We will support growing your client base with a 3-day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.
Some of our perks include:
- 50% net revenue and 5 on top when you run your 16th session each week (minimum 16.00 per session and 21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
- Flexible working hours - You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions (minimum 25 hours a week)
- To be considered for this role, please be aware that you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA
- You will have a passion for health and fitness and be able to support and inspire our members to achieve their goals
