Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are looking for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team! As a Personal Trainer, you will deliver high-quality personal training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals.
We will support growing your client base with a 3-day PT induction and continue developing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging—a space where they can thrive both physically and mentally while fulfilling their full potential.
Some of our perks include:
- 50% net revenue share and an additional 5% bonus when you run your 16th session each week (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th session, weekly).
- Flexible working hours — you choose when you are available for 1-to-1 training sessions, with a minimum of 25 hours a week.
As a Personal Trainer, you should:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Be passionate about health and fitness, capable of supporting and inspiring our members to achieve their goals.
