Personal Trainer

Overview

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the lookout for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals. We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passion for health and fitness and be able to support and inspire our members to achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion for customer service.

Benefits

• You choose your price point and working hours – You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions (minimum 25 hours a week)
• 50% net revenue share and £5 on top after your 16th session (per week)
