Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are looking for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team!

As a Personal Trainer, you will deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. We will support growing your client base with a 3-day PT induction and continue developing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses.

We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, thrive both physically and mentally, and fulfill their full potential.

Some of our perks include:

  • 50% net revenue share and an additional £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 from your 16th session onwards)
  • Flexible working hours – You choose when you are available for 1-to-1 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)

  • Opportunity to train and develop in sports massage qualifications and 400+ CDP training courses.

About you:

As a Personal Trainer, you should:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role
  • Be passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members to achieve their goals
  • Have excellent communication and interaction skills
  • Be self-driven with a positive outlook
  • Have a strong customer service mindset
