Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Supply Chain Administrator to join our head office team!
The Supply Chain Administrator supports the Procurement and Supply Chain team in ensuring accurate data management, efficient supplier onboarding, system upkeep, and administrative support across supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling smooth and compliant procurement activities across all Clubs and business functions in the UK and Continental Europe.
Key responsibilities of your role:
- Maintain and update procurement master data, including supplier and pricing information
- Process setup of new suppliers, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Provide administrative support for procurement processes and compliance documentation
- Support Clubs and internal stakeholders by resolving supply chain queries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate onboarding and documentation
- Help maintain and improve data accuracy in procurement platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics D365)
- Assist with the generation and distribution of procurement and supplier KPI reports
- Support procurement-led transformation projects with documentation, tracking, and scheduling
- Organise and maintain digital filing systems for contracts, supplier records, and audits
- Coordinate internal communication and documentation for training materials and process guides

- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
