People Services Manager – Hatfield (head office) Would you like to join the largest Health and Fitness operator in Europe and work with a team who have a passion to serve? We are currently recruiting for a People Services Manager to join the People Team here at David Lloyd Clubs. As People Services Manager, you will manage the People Services team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and consistent HR administration and systems management across the employee lifecycle for the group. This role will lead a team who will guide and support the administrators across all departments, clubs and countries, ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the organisation. You will partner with teams including Reward, Policy & Systems, Payroll, and People Business Partners, acting as a point of escalation for complex queries and issues as well as act as a subject matter expert on HR service delivery, system management and administration processes, providing guidance to managers and Club Administrators. Workday System Management With Workday live into the business and additional modules to come, this role will be a vital part of the full integration and management of the people systems. The People Service Manager will ensure accurate maintenance of the systems and related processes, as well as overseeing system compliance, data security, access control, communicate system updates, and provide training to the business when needed.
