Als Reception Supervisor fungeer je als Duty Manager bij het leiden van het receptieteam om onze leden te verwelkomen en een eersteklas ervaring te bieden. Samen met het managementteam leid en begeleid je het receptieteam om uitmuntende service te bieden aan al onze leden, of dit nu face-to-face is of via telefonische vragen.
