As Gym Supervisor, you will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week. This is a combined role where you will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and our incredible array of classes.

  • You must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.
  • You will have a passion for health and fitness and be able to support and inspire our members to achieve their goals.
  • Have overall great communication and interaction skills.
  • Previous experience within the fitness industry.
  • Have a passion for customer service.
