CYCLONE boosts in class live data in an interactive group display system and post ride metrics, this allows each rider to work to their personal optimal training level while in a group environment. Beginner cyclists to pro level racers all in the same class, same ride, while simultaneously setting personal goals and tracking their personal performance. Our instructors use innovative software to create fantastic engaging classes, musically mapped and power planned to deliver incredible experiences, giving our members measurable results. We are looking for fun, engaging, inspirational and knowledgeable Cycle Instructors and athletes, that are experienced in coaching goal setting and results-based cycle classes. Our expectations are that classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience. So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need? Hold a minimum of a current level 2 CIMSPA or Level 2 exercise to music teaching qualification or equivalent outdoor cycling qualification. You must be able to confidently design creative terrain with an objective in mind, coach and motivate to your bespoke musical playlists. Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification. Understands the importance of and always operates a safe class. Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport motivate! Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising Every-BODY is different and unique.
