Bringing together rhythmic cycling, body and hand weight exercises, mood enhancing lighting with candles to set intentions and unlock emotions. Rhythm is one of David Lloyd’s signature classes where our members leave their inhibitions at the studio door, immerse themselves in the inspiring playlists, RIDE to the beat, MOVE together and FEEL the journey. We are looking for awesome performers, dancers, athletes, and fitness gurus, instructors with infectious personalities, who have a real love and understanding for music and movement and can take people on an amazing emotional journey. Our expectations are that classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience. So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need? Hold a minimum of a current level 2 CIMSPA or Level 2 exercise to music teaching qualification or equivalent outdoor cycling qualification. Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification. Understands the importance of and always operates a safe class. Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport motivate! Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising Every-BODY is different and unique. Good time keeping, Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional. Creative keeping classes fresh and alive, bringing elements fun and energy. What is in it for me?
