We are looking for an Employee Relations (ER) Co‑ordinator to join our People Team and provide accurate, timely and proactive administrative support to the Employee Relations function.

Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and maintain case records, reports and data insights, contributing to risk mitigation, compliance and informed decision‑making.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for ER‑related queries, support the scheduling and organization of meetings and hearings.
  • Assist with the implementation of process improvements, templates and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager and act as a point of contact for ER‑related queries.

This role is based in the UK. It is a hybrid role where you will mainly work remotely, with occasional reactive travel to our Clubs or our Hatfield Head Office.

About you

  • Has a genuine interest in Employee Relations and a desire to build a long‑term career in this sector.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Has administrative or coordination experience within an office environment or HR function, ideally in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
  • Has the ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate documentation, records and audit trails.
  • Has the ability to travel and be mobile in line with business and caseload requirements.
  • Is confident working with IT systems and databases.
