Would you like to join the largest Health and Fitness operator in Europe, working with our Membership Services team in Hatfield? We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our Member Services Team in Club Support offices based in Hatfield as an apprentice on a fixed term contract.

As a Membership Services Consultant apprentice, you will work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company. You will study toward a Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship alongside your role and learn about:

And what qualifications, skills and experience do I need? As an apprentice, you will receive full on-the-job training for all key elements of the role. Desired skills and experience include:

  • Eligibility to complete the apprenticeship programme
  • A genuine passion to serve when engaging with members and team members
  • Some customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Passion to learn

This role will be for 35 hours per week: Shifts Mon-Fri including one Saturday per month (Day back in lieu) and is office based full time in our Club Support office based in Hatfield.
