Your role will be to work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company. You'll be working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business and you will do this by proactively calling our members.

  • Experience of outbound calling - high volume
  • Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grow count and revenue
  • Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry
