It's about creating a home.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across bedrooms, kitchens, communal areas and bathrooms
  • Managing laundry and household tasks so everything runs like clockwork
  • Preparing simple, nutritious meals and snacks that meet individual dietary needs
  • Keeping kitchens safe, clean and fully compliant with food hygiene standards
  • Ordering and managing household and catering supplies
  • Helping create a warm, friendly and homely environment for the people we support

Because here, your work really matters. Every clean room, every prepared meal and every welcoming space contributes to the quality of life of the people we support. 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility required including occasional evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Enhanced DBS required.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in cleaning, housekeeping or catering
  • Organised, reliable and takes real pride in their work
  • Comfortable preparing simple meals safely and hygienically
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment for others
  • Experience in care settings, food hygiene knowledge or COSHH awareness is a bonus – but attitude and reliability matter most
