We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Night Support Workers to join our residential services at our main site in Warford.

- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Supporting with personal care and bedtime routines where required
- Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or behaviour
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Creating a safe, calm and supportive environment
- Working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care
