At David Lewis, we are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team, helping individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and other complex needs lead their most fulfilling lives.

Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Competitive Salary: £24,860.25 to £26,622.00 (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Enhanced Pay: Additional pay for weekends and overtime!
- Weekend shifts paid at 1.3x your basic rate
- Bank holidays paid up to 3x your basic rate
- Shift Flexibility: Full-time (37.5 hours) with a mix of early (7:30 am - 3:00 pm) and late (2:00 pm - 9:30 pm) shifts, with weekends off (just 2 out of 4 weekends required)
- Work Environment: An incredible site at Warford, a truly amazing place to work
- Your Time Off: 28 days annual leave
