Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing service quality across our Residential, Education, and Day Services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Ensuring Compliance – Support the Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring all services meet legislative, regulatory, and internal policy standards.
  2. Driving Continuous Improvement – Conduct audits, monitor outcomes, and implement action plans to enhance service quality.
  3. Engaging with Stakeholders – Work closely with service users, families, and external professionals to gather feedback and drive positive change.
  4. Supporting Leadership – Assist service leads in governance processes, quality audits, and compliance systems to uphold best practices.
  5. Training & Development – Help create and deliver training sessions that promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and empowerment.
  6. Safeguarding & Wellbeing – Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are upheld, promoting a safe and supportive environment for service users.
